  • Assessment of the congregation's current reality followed by practical recommendations for renewed health, disciple-making, outreach, worship, leadership, and community engagement.

One Excellent Mission - starting at $1000

  • Your signature mission-alignment process helping the congregation identify its God-given mission, understand its community, align ministries around that mission, and establish a practical roadmap.

Workshops & Retreats - starting at $750

  • Half-day, full-day, and weekend experiences covering hospitality, leadership, disciple-making, church revitalization, outreach, communication, and other topics.

Small Church Renewal Partnership - starting at $2500

  • Six months of focused coaching and consultation

  • For churches ready for a deeper revitalization journey, this signature partnership may include a church-health assessment, pastor and leadership coaching, the One Excellent Mission process, ministry evaluation, monthly coaching sessions, practical action steps, and a roadmap for the next season of ministry.
